A Brief History of the First 20 Years of the Soup Kitchen

Tony, the Yellow River Soup Kitchen founder, returned to the UK in 2022 after over 17 years running the Soup Kitchen in Xi’an, China. To mark the anniversary, he was invited to cover the history of the first 20 years of the Soup Kitchen and how we arrived at where we are today.
